You can return or exchange a product within 14 days. The product should then be completely in order and in the original packaging (where reasonably possible). Products that are damaged, used or incomplete are not eligible for exchange or refund. This 14 day cooling-off period applies only to consumers. Any charges and send the risk of the return will be borne by the customer. Personal and Perishable Products (All (Bach) Flowers, Flower Essences) can only be returned if the packaging is sealed.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal
Glassware (including all variants. Pipettes) are excluded for reasons of hygiene, the right of withdrawal.
Cooling off period
Upon receipt of your order, you have the product 14 days on sight (cooling period). Within this period, you have to cancel the possibility the sale or exchange.
Would you use the cooling off period, please follow the following procedure:
- Ask customerservice within 14 days of receiving your order in knowledge of the fact that you want to use this time.
- Products with a guarantee closure can be returned when seal is not broken. Return the product, undamaged and if possible in original packaging. Keep the shipping code as proof of posting.
The costs and risks for the return shipment are for your own account.
- After the return we receive your product to us within 14 days, the purchase amount is transferred to the new product bank account specified by you or to you sent.
